Thank you Amabella for helping us throw our dream wedding! It was everything we ever dreamt of and more.
We met with Debbie a couple of months before our wedding. We had no idea where to start. We were extremely overwhelmed, nervous, and on a tight budget! Before we met with Debbie we had no idea where to begin with the planning. Debbie met with us and went through every SINGLE step. She came to our meeting extremely prepared with pictures, budget planning tools, tentative timelines, a "how to begin planning" checklist (WHICH WE LOVED!) It was truly unbelievable how organized she was. Debbie was with us for almost 3 hours. We asked a million questions and with each question Debbie made us more and more calm. We knew she was the one we wanted by our side and by our side she was! EVERY SINGLE DAY.
Debbie was always available to Alan and I. She answered all of our questions with patience and knowledge. She made us feel like we were the only wedding she was planning.. even though it was a month of back to back events for her. She reviewed all of our contracts, helped us decide on different vendors and styles. We felt very supported. Debbie was also a huge emotional support. The Wedding process can be quiet emotional- lots going on- and Debbie helped put everything into perspective and helped us stay true to our vision.My husband and i spent the day enjoying every moment because we were confident that Jordan and the team were going to take care of every detail and they truly did.
Debbie and Jordan, i can't thank you enough for all you have done for us. You were a vital part of our wedding and we will forever be thankful.

Wow wow wow! Debbie and her team are phenomenal. Our wedding was last weekend and our guests cannot stop raving about it. They continue to emphasize how seamlessly everything came together. Debbie has so much attention to detail. She went above and beyond what I expected from a wedding coordinator. She answered all my phone calls immediately and assured me everything would be perfect every step of the way.
On the day of my wedding, Jordan took over the event after the ceremony was finished. She was absolutely incredible! She kept a cool and calm attitude and a smile on her face the entire night. She handled everything so gracefully. It seemed like every time I needed her, she was right there in front of me. There aren't enough words to describe how thankful I am to Amabella Events. I would highly recommend Debbie and her team to my family and friends!

Debbie and her team are awesome! We met with Debbie, the owner of AmaBella Events, and she walked us through all the different packages offered and what they mean. We purchased the month-of-contract and really our only regret was not getting the full package (who knows how much better our wedding could have been had we purchased that..) We really underestimated how much time and energy it takes to a plan a wedding. Nonetheless, Debbie and her team made it happen!
Throughout the process she sent us due dates, timelines, packing list for the day of, and tricks and tips on how to organize our guest list, ceremony processional list, table seating, etc. A couple days before the event she came by our house to pick up everything that will be used the day of (baskets, table numbers, ring pillow, marriage contract, etc.) so that the day of we wouldn't have to worry about a thing. These are all small details that make a very big difference the day of.
Fast forward to the wedding day August 19th 2018- the day was absolute perfection. Everything was on time. We were never more relaxed throughout the wedding planning process than we were the day of our wedding. In our eyes, nothing went wrong that day. Debbie and her team managed a guest count of 600 people, 12 bridesmaids, and 15 groomsmen all while making it look easy. Debbie and her team we're sure came across many bumps in the road but to my husband and I, the bridesmaids, and the guests- everything looked perfect.
Most importantly- WE WERE ON TIME! The entire day we were right on schedule. I was stressing a little when I noticed the family pictures were taking longer than expected but Debbie had already anticipated that to happen as she knows I have a big family and in what seemed like a miracle to us but so much hard work on her end- the ceremony still started exactly on time. She is always a step ahead.
Debbie has put together an incredibly professional and talented team. We cannot thank her and her team enough for all that was done that day.

Debbie was an absolute gem! My husband and I got married this past December and everything was beyond my expectations. As the bride, I felt as if everything went smoothly and perfectly. As I'm sure that was not the actual case (as ALL weddings are at least a bit chaotic and come across some hiccups), I did not notice a thing. Debbie and her team made sure every aspect was taken care of and went as planned.
Debbie's experience truly shined as she was already vastly familiar with most of the vendors, and took on new faces (i.e. new vendors and our families) with grace, professionalism and excellence.
On the day of, Debbie's assistant was wonderful. She catered to me every second (as direly needed!) up until my big moment. Meanwhile, Debbie ran the entire show from every angle.
Debbie went above and beyond from the moment we met her. She provided more than what we paid for and she is worth so much more. The most important day of my life went off without a hitch and was all I'd hoped for plus more - and it is mainly due to this wizard of a coordinator. I am eternal grateful for AmaBella Events and could not recommend her more!

Where do I begin?! Saturday night was the wedding of our dreams! From every detail you brought to our attention to design, organization, all of the conversations we've had up until Saturday night, and everything in between-- you made everything dreamier than what we could've ever thought of. Thank you for generously sharing your ideas and details with us in order to create the most magical night! Your talent is beyond and your ability to confidently plan a couples most special night just shows how amazing you are! You're incredible at what you do. Thank you for keeping your cool with us along the way and for working with our ideas. You're so special to me and planning my wedding with you was something I always wanted. Your talent is undeniable and I hope you know after events you plan that you truly have an art. I'm not sure if you planned a wedding as big as ours before, but it couldn't have gone more smoothly. Everything was absolutely perfect and we couldn't think of a thing we would change. Your energy is one of a kind. Thank you for being the best. You're the greatest WEDDING PLANNER. I love you!! I'm so grateful for you. If I could select more than 5 stars, I would!!
Ryan was absolutely incredible on the day of my wedding. She was so attentive, prompt, calm, and understanding of all of my needs as a bride. She was the reason the day ran so smoothly. She and her team had clear communication and allowed my husband and I to enjoy every second of our wedding day without the slightest bit of stress. Ryan was beyond meticulous, detail oriented, and so on top of everything which led to a very easy day and allowed our schedule to run as planned. If you've planned or are planning a wedding, you know how important it is to keep the energy around you clean and positive-- Debbie was beyond each of those and so much more. She was so helpful in the planning and coordinating of my wedding up until the day of and I couldn't be more content with the team I had. So happy I chose to move forward with AmaBella Events!

Planning your wedding is one of the hardest, emotionally draining things to do. But with the right people on your side helping you and guiding you without changing your vision is a blessing. Debbie Eh-hagian was my blessing. Any vision any concern any fear I had she jumped in and helped me. She made sure every wish and want of mine was met. My husband and I hired Debbie as a month of coordinator almost 4 months before our wedding. But she was available to answer all our questions and concerns prior to our month of. Her knowledge in the party planning industry and her connections with vendors is mind blowing. As we did our selections of vendors ALL of them praised and raved about what a great coordinator Debbie was, and by the end WE knew that she was truly our blessing. She is professional, Funny, Smart and truly cares for her client. Debbie is the type of person that will go on and beyond to make YOUR DAY THE BEST DAY. She takes time to get to know you and understands how to calm you when things get crazy. Her staff is on top of it all, They are organized and work great together. everyone knows where to be and what to do at the exact time. Debbie presented us with a timeline of what our day would look like, Debbie and her team made sure that we were on schedule for every aspect of our day. We truly enjoyed our time with Debbie, She is our forever planner. I can not express enough gratitude and love for her. I highly recommend Debby and her team without a doubt in my mind.
Debbie is absolutely wonderful, and I cannot begin to explain how indispensable she was to me and my husband in planning our wedding. My older sister got married a while back, so I'm no stranger to what goes into a wedding or how much attention to detail is required to make the whole vision come to life. I have to say that Debbie is one of the best, if not THE BEST, wedding planners in the business. She was leaps and bounds better than my sister's wedding planner.
We had a couple of speed bumps along the way in the planning, namely the rentals. We were going back and forth between one rental company for many months, which finally fell through. The week before the wedding, Debbie swooped in and got us a great deal with a company she had worked with in the past, and the rentals came out even better than we envisioned. She takes care of every last detail, from the flowers, to arranging for all your vendors to show up on time, to coordinating everything with the hotel. She was worth every penny!
On the day of the wedding, I was able to finally relax and see my vision come to life with my husband. Her team is also absolutely fabulous! I must say her assistant Geannine was so sweet, and attended to all my needs during the day of from holding onto my jacket in between photos to getting me snacks and letting me take a breaks from the craziness. Thank you Debbie for everything you did for us! You are the best.

We hired Debbie and Amabella Events for day of coordination and they were fantastic! I knew as soon as I met Debbie she would be perfect to help with my big day.
